the buzz throughout the "scene" is that steve p's band criteria is the latest addition to the saddle creek family. ive heard bits of the new record, and im not kidding when i say steve will be in the top three most grossing artists in the family. one of the best records this year. not sure when the release or any other fancy jazz, but im happy for criteria to finally have a home after the demise of initial records earlier this year. this is all coming from a big white octave fan, but if you like whailing rock and roll, this record will kick your ass!

long live rock and roll!....I actually think criteria's music gets to be a bit repetative and dull, I dig about 3 songs though, then they escape into rock n roll purgatory having to make distortion and yelling work in every song.
