Dearest Friends, Keeping it simple this time around. We've got a lot going on these days working toward our Fall releases and keeping up with the Spring. Built Like Alaska and Jet By Day are home and looking forward to some future dates out in the big world. Dr. Dog continues to burn up the stage over on the east coast and their record Easy Beat is getting raves everywhere, including Rolling Stone, Magnet, and Spin. I also wanna announce the re-release of Kaito's master ep Montigolia Underground and Built Like Alaska's stellar first record Hopalong. Fans of New Ordishness will love Plane's Hello More, out in June. We've recently started helping Say Hi To Your Mom distribute their records through Ryko. Their brandy-new Ferocious Mopes will be out on June 7th. Also, look for Numbers and Mumbles and Discosadness. The lovely David Dondero releases his next record with Conor Oberst's Team Love Records in August and you can catch him in your town after that (He's working on a train in Alaska right now). New for Fall we have records from The High Strung, Paleo (a Chicago folkish freak with really swell songs, formerly know as Leo Bloom), The Minders latest, and a new one from a great Lawrence, Kansas band to be named next time. There's other stuff, too, but I don't wanna lose you now. Hope you are all well and seeing some sun. Dig the earth, Future Farmer Family www.futurefarmer.comwww.futurefarmer.com/store
